What is ECO3
Energy Company Obligation (ECO), the UK’s energy efficiency scheme, imposes legal duties on bigger energy suppliers to provide energy saving measures to domestic properties. From Autumn 2018 to March 2022, ECO3, the government’s answer to the Energy Company Obligation, will deliver energy efficiency and heating solutions to homes across the United Kingdom.
With ECO3, the government has established eligibility conditions that will make the plan available to about 6.6 million families.

Who Is Eligible For ECO3 Funding?
To be eligible for ECO3 funding, you simply must be a homeowner in receipt of one of the following government benefits:

- Child Benefit
- Disability Living Allowance
- PIP
- Child Tax Credit
- Working Tax Credit
- Pension Credit
- Income related ESA
- Income related JSA
- Universal Credit
- Severe Disability Allowance
- Carers Allowance

- War Pension
- Army Independent Payment
How Do I Refer Someone?
If you know somebody who may be eligible based on the criteria stated above, simply visit our ECO3 referrals page, copy the URL and send it to the person you wish to refer. Make sure they enter your details at the end of the form so we can be in touch with your referral fee!
